Berlin Startups Shine in LinkedIn’s 2026 Ranking

---

Berlin's startup ecosystem has once again proven its strength in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2026 ranking. The annual list highlights young companies that are gaining momentum, attracting talent and generating attention among professionals.

The city's Top 10 ranking reflects Berlin's growing reputation as a hub for applied AI and automation. Six of the ten startups featured use AI or automation to improve workflows across industries. Among them are Peec AI, which helps marketing teams track how brands appear in AI-generated answers, and Langdock, whose platform enables employees to build AI-powered workflows and digital agents for recurring tasks.

The local ranking is led by workflow automation company n8n, followed by Peec AI and Langdock. Other startups on the list include Flink, Helsing, Moss, voize, Numa, autarc and Andercore.

Berlin's strong performance extends well beyond the city ranking. Langdock, Helsing, Stark, Peec AI, Augustus and Andercore also rank among the national Top 10 startups in Germany. Overall, 12 startups from the Berlin region are represented in Germany's Top 20, underlining the region's position as one of Europe's leading startup hubs.

Importantly, the ranking is not a traditional league table based on revenue, profit or company valuation. Instead, LinkedIn measures which young companies are growing fastest and attracting attention as employers. The methodology combines four factors: employee growth, interest in a company on LinkedIn, engagement with job postings and the ability to attract talent from companies featured in LinkedIn's global Top Companies list. The evaluation period covers 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

The results offer a snapshot of the startups currently shaping Berlin's innovation landscape and competing successfully for top talent.
